Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Manila, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 17,958-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a single-story office and medical building with a basement (approximately 9,000 square-foot main floor and 8,500 square-foot basement floor). Work also includes curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt parking lot, two-tiered retaining wall, and installation of site utilities and other associated work. Bids will be received for a single contract. Project Location: 105 North 1st West Manila UT 84046. New construction of a 1-story plus basement, wood-framed commercial facility and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The Project is expected to be completed by June 2026. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $6,300,000. Change Questions & Answers date from Thursday April 17, 2025 at 5:00 pm to Thursday May 1, 2025 at 5:00 pm.
