Projects assigned to the successful vendor(s) under this contract may include but not limited to:Removing cracked concrete; Installing new concrete; and Necessary grading and forming. The County of Lexington will negotiate costs with the successful vendor(s) during the contract negotiation phase. The term of this contract shall commence on (DATE) and shall continue for a period of (NUMBER) (#) year(s). County shall have the right, but not the obligation, to renew this contract for (NUMBER) (#) additional one year periods under the same terms and conditions.
