The scope of services includes purchasing, removing, reinstalling and or modifying the Camas Public Library HVAC system per these contract documents and technical specifications. Work shall include but is not limited to boiler replacement, hot water pump replacements, variable frequency drives installations, chiller unit replacement, chilled water pump replacement, expansion tank replacements, air handler unit replacement, air handler unit fan motor replacements, air purification system modifications, diffuser/register/grill modifications, control system modifications, thermostat replacement and any related components shown within the plans and technical specifications to provide a complete and functional installation.
