Renovation of an educational facility in Camas, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management and site supervision as required to complete all HVAC scope of work described in the project drawings and specifications. The project is estimated to cost $1,800,000. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening. Prospective bidders will be required to sign in as account members to have access to the project documents. Prospective bidders can call J-2 Blueprint at360-696-1861 with any questions about setting up an account for viewing and/or downloading documents. No Bid will be considered unless it is in complete accordance with the instructions to bidders and is submitted upon the official bid form provided to prospective bidders (included in the bid documents). Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount, excluding applicable State of Washington taxes. Bid security shall be forfeited as damages should the Bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a contract and provide a suitable bond for performance/payment for labor and materials.
