Notice is hereby given that Tahoe Truckee Unified School District (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") will receive sealed bids prior to the date and time stated for the Bid Opening for: Truckee High School Re-Roofing Project 2023 111725 Donner Pass Rd., Truckee, CA 96161 as per bid documents If a bid is submitted via mail, the bidder must notify Rose Green in advance and address the bid package to Rose Green at 11603 Donner Pass Road, Truckee, California 96161 with a "Signature Required Upon Receipt". District takes no responsibility for the timeliness of mailed submittals. Bids will be opened immediately following the receipt of bids. MANDATORY Pre-Bid Walk: No Pre-Qualification Required: No The lowest bid shall be determined on the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The Project is a public works project subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. No contractor or subcontractor shall be qualified to submit a bid or to be listed in a bid proposal subject to the requirements of Public Contract Code section 4104 or be qualified to enter into or engage in the performance of any contract unless currently registered and qualified under Labor Code section 1725.5.
