Warren Housing Authority, Warren, Rhode Island hereinafter called the Owner or WHA, will receive sealed proposals Laundry Room Equipment and Services, at Kickemuit Village, Warren Housing Authority, Warren, Rhode Island. Kickemuit Village is a public housing development comprised of eight (8) housing buildings containing one hundred fifty-three (153) units and one (1) administrative office. All applicants must be familiar with and compliant with all State and Local required permits and licensing applicable to this type of service.Warren Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals. Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, the Warren Housing Authority is taking steps to minimize potential exposure. The office is closed until further notice. Until further notice, all processes and communications will be completed by mail and/or email.Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Warren Housing Authority at (401) 245-7019 seventy-two (72) hours prior to the bid opening.
