Renovation of a municipal facility in Warren, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of June 22, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The Project is expected to be awarded on June 29, 2023.** Roof Replacement Project-BCWA Administrative Building Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired or requiring handicap-accessible facilities should call the BCWA at (401) 245-2022 a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. You may contact Susan Rabideau at srabideau@bcwari.com with questions. The Contract Closeout will be comprised of the following components: 1. Checkout and Certifications: whether or not stated in subsequent sections, prior to checkout and certification the following tasks must be completed: a. The construction must be complete. For this purpose, the completion of construction shall be defined in accordance with the following guidelines: i. The Contractor has completed the construction and erection of the Work in conformance to the Contract Drawings and Specifications. ii. The Contractor has installed and adjusted operating products, equipment, systems of facilities, as applicable, and as specified by the erection, installation, or operations and maintenance of the manufacturer.
