The Bristol County Water Authority is soliciting bids for sixteen (16) hydrants and repair materials. Prompt response to purchase order is required; delivery within a maximum thirty (30) days of an order is expected, if this is an issue the approximate lead time should be provided in the bid. All bid prices must include the cost of delivery to the BCWA facilities at 450 Child Street in Warren, RI, or to any specified job site within the BCWA service area. If a Bidder is proposing to supply a product as equal (different from the specified Manufacturer and model listed) he must specify the Manufacturer and Model of the alternative product on the Bid Sheet. No substitution shall be acceptable for the hydrant model specified. Bids which are not properly labeled on the outermost sealed envelope will be disqualified.
