Site work for a water / sewer project in Warren, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Bristol County Water Authority (BCWA) seeks sealed bids for the 2024 Water Distribution System Improvement Program, consisting of water main improvements and service line replacements in Bristol County, Rhode Island. Work will include the cement-mortar lining of 6300 feet of existing cast iron water mains, installation of approximately 800 feet of new polyethylene water mains, the replacement of 123 BCWA-owned water service connections and may include the replacement of up to 50 privately-owned water services. The work under this Contract includes but is not limited to: o Cleaning and Cement Mortar Lining of approximately 6300 linear feet of 6" and 8" cast iron water mains o Installation of approximately 800 linear feet of new 2" polyethylene water mains o Replacement of approximately 123 BCWA-owned water service connections o Possible replacement of up to 50 privately owned water services o Installation associated water appurtenances All questions regarding the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing (email ok) by February 23, 2024 - Susan Rabideau, PE at srabideau@bcwari.com Work to be completed within 150 working days
