The Town of Warren is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the repair or rebuilding of the existing concrete bleachers located at Burr's Hill Park. Specifications for the Burr's Hill Park Concrete Bleachers Repair or Rebuild Project may be obtained through the Town's website. Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Warren, Rhode Island, in the office of the Town Clerk. The Town of Warren reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality and accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the Town. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. 1.b.1 The Work under this Contract consists of the repairing or rebuilding of existing concrete bleachers at Burr's Hill Park, located at 560 Water Street, Warren, Rhode Island 02885. 1.b.2 The work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Complete repair or rebuilding of existing concrete bleachers. 2. Restore structural integrity, safety, and usability of bleachers while maintaining compliance with modern standards and applicable codes. 3. Site protection, erosion control, cleanup, and restoration.
