**As of February 28,2023 project was awarded to Derry Construction Co., Inc. , awarded amount is $1,041,962.45** The project will include milling 1.5; 9.5 mm Superpave WEARING (1.5 min); Base Repair; Chip Seal; 3 Flexible Base; topsoil / seed curbs; stone driveway repair; storm inlet risers; sanitary manhole riser; valve riser; scratch; Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $1,000 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Borough. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid amount, made payable to The Borough of Plum.
