No bids will be considered unless sealed, accompanied by a bid security, and delivered to the Director of Purchasing at the Anoka-Hennepin School District, Educational Service Center, located at 2727 North Ferry Street, Anoka, Minnesota, Entrance #1. The District reserves the right to reject all bids submitted. TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION: Work may commence on June 12, 2023, and be Substantially Complete on/or before August 18, 2023. BONDING REQUIREMENTS: Contractors will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each at an amount of 100 percent of the contract amount. Project consists of remodeling and deferred maintenance to existing Elementary School, including associated Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical Work.
