Remodeling of an educational facility in Dayton, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
No bids will be considered unless sealed, accompanied by a bid security, and delivered to the Director of Purchasing at the Anoka-Hennepin School District, Educational Service Center, located at 2727 North Ferry Street, Anoka, Minnesota, Entrance #1. The District reserves the right to reject all bids submitted. TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION: Work may commence on June 12, 2023, and be Substantially Complete on/or before August 18, 2023. BONDING REQUIREMENTS: Contractors will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each at an amount of 100 percent of the contract amount. Project consists of remodeling and deferred maintenance to existing Elementary School, including associated Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical Work. WAGE DETERMINATION REQUIREMENTS: A contract is subject to compliance with the applicable Schedule of Prevailing Wages issued by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. RESPONSIBLE CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: Provide all State required Responsible Contractor Forms with your bid. Questions concerning Bidding Documents and Project site existing conditions must be submitted to the Owner via email, at Purc.hQuotes@ahschuols,us by 4:00 PM on February 1, 2023.
