Saving Project...

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Christiansburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The intent and purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract through competitive negotiations between the Town of Christiansburg, Virginia (hereafter referred to as the "Town") and one Concessionaire to prepare and serve food, candy and snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages (hereafter referred to as "the menu" or "menu items") to fans and other attendees at youth baseball and softball games at Harkrader Sports Complex and some ball games at Kiwanis Park. The Town may request concessions for select events at the new Christiansburg signature park near Peppers Ferry Road. These locations hereafter may be referred to as the "locations" or "all locations". The Town's Parks and Recreation may not host all sporting events at Harkrader Sports Complex, Kiwanis Park and events at the Town's new signature park. For these events, the Town can't guarantee the host or sponsor will select the Concessionaire as its food service provider. However, the Parks and Recreation Department will recommend the Concessionaire to the host or sponsor.
