Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ash Fork, Arizona. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

All bids received were higher than the available funds for this project. We are attempting to reduce the scope of work, and hope to put this project out for bids again in the near future Ash Fork Development Association (AFDA) has been awarded a federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the Arizona Department of Housing, through Yavapai County, for water infrastructure improvements. This project is subject to Davis-Bacon wages. AFDA will accept bids from qualified firms registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to perform the following services: Construct a Well #1 Controls and Equipment Building, including all interior and exterior plumbing, electrical equipment and appurtenances, site fencing, grading, decorative rock site surfacing, ABC parking/driveway surfacing, chlorination enclosure and equipment. The project is located south of Ash Fork, Arizona at the northeast corner of W. Ludlam Lane and N. Bear Creek Road. Minority, woman-owned and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to submit. AFDA may waive informalities in the bids, may negotiate with any and all bidders, and may reject all bids if it is deemed in the best interest of Grantee.
