The project's primary goal is to develop building emergency floor plans for 17 city facilities to incorporate into the City's Building Emergency Plan. Images must be provided in the original format file, a PDF version, and a PNG version. This project may require consultants to contact various city department staff for reference documents and/or conduct on-site walk-thru. All floor plans must be approved by the City Project Manager before finalization. Emergency Floor Plans (for each floor), must include but not limited to the following (if applicable): Doors,Rooms/spaces/ notable features in the room (with label, if applicable),Elevators,Evacuation routes,Stairs,Fire extinguishers,Exits,Fire alarms,AED,Any designated safe areas,Name of building and address,Floor Level.
