For Public Facilities and Public Service Needs - Penn House Project The project consists of construction associated with a new 4,700-square-foot, single-story community building to be built adjacent the Penn House in Reidsville, NC The bidder shall show such evidence by clearly displaying his or her current license number on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the proposal is delivered. The CDBG-CV project is designed to help the City respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and prepare for future pandemics and includes the construction of a building at the Penn House property to allow for social distancing, partnerships for health screenings and COVID-19 testing, and partnerships for telehealth opportunities.
