For Building Commissioning Services for Interdisciplinary STEM Building The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as "Owner", on behalf of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia ("Using Agency" or "BOR"), and Kennesaw State University, ("KSU") is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Building Commissioning Services for a project known as Project No. J-389 Interdisciplinary STEM Building, at Kennesaw State University, Marietta Campus in Marietta, Georgia. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. Some firms which respond to this RFQ, and who are determined by the Owner to be especially qualified, may be deemed eligible and may be invited to offer proposals for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document. The RFQ can be downloaded from the Georgia Procurement Registry by selecting the Documents tab at the top of this page. Interested firms should continue to check this site for project updates. New construction of approximately 100,000 SF Interdisciplinary Research and Instructional building on KSU's Marietta campus. The building's research space modules will include a mixture of high-bay and low-bay areas and wet and dry laboratories that will provide maximum flexibility and adaptability to new projects and activities.
