Prevailing Davis-bacon Wage Rates Will Apply. All Related Bidding Documents Are on File at the Chickasaw Nation Tribal Procurement Office Located at 111 Rosedale, Ada, Ok 74820, (580) 421-8800, and Are Open for Public Inspection. The Competency and Responsibility of Bidders Will Be Considered in Awarding the Contracts, and the Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Irregularity in Bidding. The Contracts Will Be Reasonable and Accepted if It is in the Interest of the Chickasaw Nation. Each Bidder Shall Be Aware That Bids Will Be Received From Indian and Non-indian Contractors and Preference Will Be Given to Those Received From Indian Contractors.
