The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a contract to provide Emerytop 400 Concrete on an as needed basis. King County is soliciting bids from interested and qualified firms to provide EMERYTOP 400. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a contract to provide goods or services on an as needed basis. Any quantities listed herein are for bidding evaluation purposes only and represent King County's estimated annual requirements. The County will be neither obligated nor restricted to the quantities or locations indicated. The annual value of the Contract is approximately $20,000.00. King County will not be limited, restricted or bound by this dollar value, nor shall the County be obligated to purchase any items contained in this ITB. The term of the Contract will be five (5) years, subject to the termination clauses contained herein. King County reserves the right to extend the Contract term if determined to be in the best interest of the County.
