Renovation of a data center facility in Kent, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a data center facility.
The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, service, equipment and materials necessary to perform the following work: The project is to provide various HVAC upgrades within the existing 24,000 square foot Valley Communications Center facility located in Kent, WA. The facility is a 24/7 occupied facility. The scope primarily includes: upgrading the ductwork distribution and zoning in various areas, adding humidity control within the building, constructing an elevated maintenance platform, and providing HVAC controls upgrades throughout the building.
