A scanned copy of the bid bond must be attached to the online bid submission, with the original bond to be received by DPS within 3 business days of the bid opening. This is required of all bidders, not just the apparent low bidder. Any late Bids received after announced date and time, for the opening of Bids, will not be accepted. The Deadline for questions has been extended from January 27, 2023, until February 10, 2023.
