Partial Work of this project is comprised of the relocation of recently constructed modular classrooms from the following build site: Von Ast Construction yard located at 19119, Hwy 311, in Niverville MB Remainder of the Work of this project is comprised of the installation of recently constructed modular classrooms on the following school site: - Three (3) modular classroom units to Phoenix School, 111 Alboro Street, Headingley, Manitoba for the St. James-Assiniboia School Division. - Refer to Section 01 10 00 - Summary of Work for contract method and additional information. With the exception of the signed Contract sets, printed (hard) copies of the Contract Documents will not be available from the Owner nor the Consultant. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining, at his own expense, printed copies of the Contract Documents to perform the Work. A separate email will be sent to all copied herein with a link to a OneDrive shared file for tender document downloads.
