As of March 27 the Board of Supervisors approve the award of contract to Asphalt Busters, Inc. and Carbon Crusher, Inc. The term of the proposed contract is an initial one (1) year term beginning March 15, 2023, through March 14, 2023, with four (4) one-year optional extensions. This is an as-needed contract. Services will be paid for out of Public Works general maintenance budget. The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to enter into a contract with a qualified Contractor or Contractors to provide Asphalt Pulverization Services using vendor supplied equipment and operators. These services will be utilized by the Public Works Department at various locations/roads throughout Pinal County. The estimated amount of asphalt pulverization is approximately 75,000 square yards per year. Questions Due Date: Jan 25th 2023, 5:00 PM MST
