Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,200-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to procure and construct a 40 X 80 steel building at one of our campus locations in West Valley City, Utah 84119. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code. The contract resulting from this RFP will have a term between 5 to 9 months in duration, it will in no case exceed a 1 year maximum to complete. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
