The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: all materials, goods and services to complete Area B as defined in the detailed plans and scope of work, at a campus location in West Valley City, for a Utah Public Charter School. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
