Sunset Hills Site Improvement Project Bids need to be submitted in writing (mailed or in person) to the City Recorder's Office, 3600 S Constitution Blvd, West Valley City, UT 84119, no later than 11:00 am on Thursday Nov 2nd. Bidding questions can be asked no later than 11:00 am on Tuesday October 31, 2023. In order to ensure every bidder has the same information prior to the bid closing. : Contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, coordination and incidentals necessary to complete work as described in the Contract Documents. The work to be performed generally includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. The complete construction of a new city neighborhood park Includes site clearing and grubbing, excavation and earth work, rough grading, top soil screening, irrigation system installation with controller, top soil placement, finish grading, sod/hydro-seed/drill seed turf, trees, shrubs, groundcover, concrete flatwork, concrete curbing, concrete retaining walls, pre-fabricated pavilion installation, playground installation, impact material installation, drainage system installation, lights and light piers, electrical system, electrical service, drinking fountain and park sign.
