Architectural/Engineering services are being sought for the design of the William E. Christofferson Salt Lake City Veterans Home replacement facility. The new veterans home replacement facility is a skilled nursing home that will include space for 105 single occupancy bedrooms with full bathroom and support spaces such as a community center, food service, and laundry, etc. The new facility will be approximately 125,000 square feet and is planned to be constructed on a site at 2780 West 4700 South that currently is home to a driving range. Demolition of the driving range will be part of this project. The construction delivery method has not been finalized at this point. The delivery method will be finalized once the Federal Funding for this Project has been secured.
