Renovation of a laboratory facility in Wilmington, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,439-square-foot laboratory facility.
For furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services and supervision necessary to complete the project titled: Flooring renovation at Wilmington Public Library Following the submission of bids, each proposal will be evaluated based on responsiveness to the bid specifications. Each bid shall be signed by the full name and business address of each person or company. Project Description: The project consists of the moving of furniture, removing all old flooring in the non-public areas, and the laying down new carpeting and hard floors. The flooring replaced amounts to approximately 6,439 sq. ft. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in compliance with Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades where applicable and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the work. A Performance Bond, Material Payment Bond, and Insurance (with WPL listed as additionally insured) in a form acceptable to the Board of Trustees of WPL . Bidders must also submit a copy of their Worker's Comp certificate to WPL. The Board of Trustees of the Wilmington Public Library of Clinton County reserves the right to accept the lowest responsible bid, reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids.
