Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wilmington, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Each bid shall be signed by the full name and business address of each person or company interested in same, and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of the bid price. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972 and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Washington Township, Clinton County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administrating, (614) 644-2239. Bid proposal blanks will also be available with said specifications and must be used in the submission of a bid if said bid is to be considered by the Trustees. The Board of Washington Township trustees reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the bids.
