Renovation of a municipal facility in Millington, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to properly install a wood pellet boiler system in the Wick Shop Building, located at 10701 Galena Road, Millington, Maryland, MD 21651. Small Business Reserve Designation Yes Design, build, and install a 50,000 Btu/hr biomass combustion boiler system that utilized wood pellets as fuel coupled with thermal storage, hydronic components, and a biomass storage and conveyance system. System must be capable of properly heating Zone 4 and 5 of the Shop Building. See attached USDA Draft Memorandum. The deadline for questions has been established as 1/30/2023 at 2pm, to assure that there is enough time to allow the A/E to provide responses and Addendum issuance if necessary.
