Digital maps (shp, dwg, or dxf format) of the City showing all the streetlights must be provided to the City. - Consultant to generate a matrix of all streetlight pole locations, with a picture of the pole and description of the condition of the pole, and a description of what is needed to bring the pole to comply with City /County standards. - Consultant shall identify street pole location and all inadequate ADA clearances in public sidewalks and shall recommend solutions to provide adequate ADA clearance around street light poles. A matrix of all locations with ADA deficiencies and the solutions proposed shall be generated by Consultant. - Files need to be compatible with City-owned GIS System (SHP files). Consultant shall incorporate processes to provide a X-Y coordinate-based entry of the streetlights on the citywide GIS system.
