Site work and paving for a road / highway in Commerce, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City is seeking professional services from qualified consultants to provide engineering services, including preliminary engineering, surveying, utility notifications, right-of entries, and preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for the Citys Pathways for Hope - Commerce Connectivity Improvements Project. It is the responsibility of the consultant and their sub-consultants to familiarize themselves with the Green California Grant funding guidelines and criteria as pertains to the requirements for improvements of the local communities, their public facilities/spaces, as well as, adhering to these requirements affecting their services of grant administration; design; construction, and preparation of the final bid documents. The intended scope of work will cover various project locations (see attached location map) within the City and shall include but not be limited to soft landscape replacement (plants, etc.), upgrade right-of-way fencing from chain link fence to black wrought iron fencing, murals on State assets (i.e., columns, abutment walls, etc.), upgrading and improving lighting along pathways; walkways and inside tunnels, improving walkway with artwork, and concrete slope paving.The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
