Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Eden, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The work in this section shall consist of providing all, work, materials, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide for the demolition, removal, and/or salvage of existing facilities as required in the specs and plans. Tower Deconstruction -Prior to tower deconstruction, disconnect transmission lines and salvage of all antennas, coax, and waveguides, as specified by Owner. -Dismantle 300' guyed tower and completely remove base foundation and anchor blocks. Contractor is responsible for the means and methods for deconstruction. -Remove all tower members, guy wires, transmission lines and antennas not desired by Owner from the work site. All materials shall become property of the Contractor. Contractor shall be responsible for properly disposing all items.
