Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eden, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Limit : Ashland County Line to Ush 2 The pavement needs treatment to extend its service life Rehabilitation project to resurface approximately 14.46 miles of USH 45 from the south side of bridge structure B-20-0102 to the Village of Eden within the Towns of Auburn, Osceola and Eden and within the Village of Eden in Fond du Lac County. The anticipated design includes a 2 inch mill and overlay and widening of the paved shoulder. Approximately 36 culvert pipes identified for in-kind replacement. Approximately 9 curb ramps will be constructed/reconstructed with the project to the maximum extent possible towards current ADA standards. This contract would include design from FSC through PSE. Anticipated Construction Cost: $9,000,000-$9,999,999 The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
