Project specifications and requirements for the Removal and Installation of New A/C Unit for the High Service Pump Building Electrical Room. The City of Independence, Missouri invites bids from firms to perform the following scope of work at the Courtney Bend Water Plant for the Water Department. The Contract for this project shall provide for, but not limited to, all equipment, materials, workmanship, and labor required for the proper removal and reinstallation of the High Service Pump Building A/C Unit. The scope of work to be completed by the Contractor for this project shall be categorized for the purpose of bidding as follows: Line Item No. 1) Provide for all labor, equipment, materials, and services required and as specified for complete removal of Existing McQuay Air-Cooled Scroll Condensing Unit, Evaporator Coil and Refrigerant Lines. Line Item No. 2) Provide for all labor, equipment, materials, and services required and as specified for complete installation of New RCS Air Cooled Scroll Condensing Unit, Evaporator Coil and Refrigerant Lines. 1.
