The Subject Property is comprised of a .66 acre residential parcel which contains a detached garage and approximate 1,200 square foot residential building (the Building) constructed in 1940. The Building was constructed on a concrete basement with one aboveground floor. The exterior walls of the Building were finished with fiber lap while the roof was sealed with asphalt shingles.
