Installation of preschool playground equipment in an open field area designed for ages 2-5 years. Bid should include playground equipment and installation. The bid package is to consist of one copy of each of the required documents. Bids submitted that lack any of the required information or documentation may be deemed incomplete and may not be considered for selection, at the discretion of the Battle Creek Montessori Academy Board of Directors, or its designee. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in whole or in part without cause. The Board further reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality in the RFP process or any proposal and the right to award the Contract to other than the Proposer submitting the best financial proposal (low bidder). The security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening. Equipment and installation of a playground in an open field area designed for ages to 2 to 5 years of age including components outlined below, individual equipment as outlined below, site preparation and installation as outlined below including labor and materials. Bid must include a lasting timeline in description as well as warranty information, alternate options of colors or equipment swap for the same price, price sheet for individual pieces of equipment proposed. Also include proposed drawings/designs with measurements. Project should include full installation of the playground area. Proposals must include total cost (e.g. equipment, installation, etc.)
