**As of  March 30, 2023 , this project is not moving forward .No definite date for the rebid.**  Irondequoit Heyer- Bayer Memorial Park, Contract 1 (General Construction) Irondequoit Heyer- Bayer Memorial Park, Contract 2 (Mech/ Plumbing) Irondequoit Heyer- Bayer Memorial Park, Contract 3 (Electrical) The project consists principally of a new approx. 825 sf building for an accessible restroom for Park visitors. The restroom includes a mens and womens restrooms with baby changing stations, drink fountains and sidewalks. The contract breakdown are as follows: Contract 1 General Construction Contract: Construction of a new slab on grade building with wood truss structure and walls for the new bathrooms including, foundations, concrete masonry units, insulation, concrete sidewalks, grading, seeding, final connections, water service to 5outside of the building and other site utilities. The general construction contract will also cover all other work not identified under the other contracts. Contract 2 - Mechanical Plumbing Contract: Installation of the restroom fixtures, all piping and backflow device, plumbing in the building and within 5 of the building, and all plumbing connections. Contract 3 - Electrical Contract: All electrical work including piping, wiring, and all lighting. Bids on the forms furnished, if returned in good condition to the Public Works within thirty (30) days from the award of the contract. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
