Site work and paving for a civil project in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of December 5, 2024, this project has been awarded. Construction will begin in spring 2025. Logan City (City) desires to retain the services of a Professional Engineering Consulting Firm to provide design services for sanitary sewer improvements on 200 North from 600 West to Main Street and on 400 North from Main Street to 700 East. With both SR 30 and Hwy 89 being UDOT roads the selected consultant will coordinate design with the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) and Logan City. This project will replace aging 6-10-inch diameter clay and concrete sewer mains. Design and construction must meet UDOT and Logan City requirements. Existing GIS utility maps, sewer videos and reports will be provided to all consultants to assist with their proposal and design Questions pertaining to insurance and/or submittal requirements of this Request for Qualifications shall be directed to Lori Mathys at lori.mathys@loganutah.org. The City may request a physical copy if needed to properly review proposal. Questions pertaining to this Request for Proposals shall be directed to Alex Oliphant at alex.oliphant@loganutah.org. All questions pertaining to this Request for Proposal shall be submitted in writing before 3:00 pm on January 18, 2023. A list of questions and answers will be kept on the Logan City website The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
