The Owner of the Project, the City of Grand Haven, Has Contracted Abonmarche to Be the Architect for the City of Grand Haven South Pier Entrance Light Concrete Restoration Project. This Project is Partially Funded by a Michigan Lighthouse Assistance Program Grant Through the State Historic Preservation Office, Michigan Strategic Fund. Funding for This Program Comes From the Sale of Michigan's Specialty Lighthouse License Plate Available Through the Secretary of State. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total of the Bid, Made Payable to the City of Grand Haven, Will Be Required With Each Bid. A 100% Labor, Material and Performance Bond Will Be Required of the Successful Bidder. The Bonding Company Must Be Licensed to Do Business in the State of Michigan. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Informalities in Bidding or to Accept the Bid or Bids, Consistent With Law, Which Best Serves the Interests of the Owner. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Scheduled Opening Without the Consent of the Owner. The Owner Will Notify the Successful Bidder Within Fourteen (14) Days After Receiving Bids.
