Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashier good faith check payable to the Order of Downingtown Area School District, or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. The right to waive any informality in any Bid, to reject any or all Bids or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved. Bidders on this Work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders on this Work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Procurement Code for Prevention of Environmental Pollution.
