Renovation of Downingtown Campus for Delaware County Community College Bid Security Required General Contractor 10% of Bid Bid security must be in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Bank Cashier Check or Trust Company TreasurerCheck made payable to the Delaware County Community College. In addition, an Agreement of Surety & Non-Collusion Affidavit forms and Contractor Qualification Statement must be submitted with all bids. Guaranty Bonds in the form of a Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Bond and a Maintenance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the bid will be required within ten (10) days of receipt of Delaware County Community Colleges intent to award the Contracts. This project is a public works project and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and other applicable Acts. The Delaware County Community College reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, or items therein, and to waive any defects or irregularities in bids and bid securities, as may be deemed to be in its best interests.
