Renovation of a mixed-use development in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and 15,900-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
The single-Prime construction contract for the fit out of the existing 16,000 SF 2-story building for use as Borough offices on the second floor, and a police station on the first floor. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE the project and to ask questions regarding this bid. Additional follow-up site visits may be coordinated with the Architect following this meeting 2/17/2023 2:00 PM General: Cooperate fully with separate contractors so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or other contracts. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under separate contracts. B. Subsequent Work: Owner will award separate contract(s) for the following additional work to be performed at site following Substantial Completion but before Final Completion. Completion of that work will depend on successful completion of preparatory work under this Contract (ex. empty conduit, junction boxes and power for security systems). 1. Security Systems: A separate contract will be awarded for installation of wiring and security system equipment. Scope of security systems is not included under this Contract. 2. Telecommunications Equipment. 3. CCTV. A separate contract will be awarded for installation of wiring and CCTV system equipment. Scope of security systems is not included under this Contract. 4. Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment.
