Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manheim, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project is for the construction of a 90-foot timber boardwalk and connecting trail. The boardwalk structure will serve as an extension of an existing boardwalk and connect the end of the structure to walking trail. The project will also address roof settlement issues for the existing boardwalk shelters. Roof Structure Repair E And SPC controls as required Clearing of brush and selective tree removal Installation of timber boardwalk Sidewalk, subbase, and asphalt installation Topsoil and seeding Signing CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 2/6/2023 12:00 PM Written requests must be submitted via PennBid's "Questions" Tab. Any interpretation of the proposed documents will be made only by an addendum duly issued and a copy of such addendum will be posted within PennBids "Documents" tab. The estimated start date is 3/13/2023 and end date is 5/26/2023. Each Contractor shall furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract for faithful Performance; a separate surety bond in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract for the payment of Labor and Materials; and a separate Maintenance bond in an amount equal to 25% of the total contract price up to $200,000; plus 10% above $200,000.
