Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Manheim, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances for the following, as further described in the Contract Documents: Contract No. 1- General Construction: Demolition, install CMU walls, painting, provide and install miscellaneous bathroom equipment and accessories. Other work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Contract No. 2- Electrical Construction: Demolition, miscellaneous electrical work and modifications. Other work as indicated in the Contract Documents Contract No. 3- Plumbing Construction: Demolition, install water supply piping drain piping plumbing fixtures. Other work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the required form, certified check, letter of credit, or other security acceptable to the OWNER in the amount of 10 percent of the total base bid.
