Site work for a water / sewer project in Manheim, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Manheim Borough will receive bids for the Chiques Creek Stream Restoration at Grace Brethren Church project. The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 1,000 linear feet of streambank stabilization and riparian buffer planting. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of ten percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Only those questions submitted online via portal shall be considered. Questions received after 5:00 PM on January 13, 2023, regarding the project will not be acknowledged. This contract is subject to the following: the PA Prevailing Wage Rates; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Conditions; the Non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; requirement of a non-collusion affidavit; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act. Manheim Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
