Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sanborn, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
As of February 24, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Separate Bids will be received for each of the following: General Trades Contract BP-01 Mechanical Contract BP-02 Plumbing Contract BP-03 Electrical Contract BP-04 The work will take place at Niagara Wheatfield CSD: Senior High School: 2292 Saunders Settlement Road, Sanborn, New York 14132 The Owner requires that all bids shall comply with the bidding requirements specified in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Owner may, at its discretion, waive informalities in bids, but is not obligated to do so, nor does it represent that it will do so. Bidders are required to furnish a Proposal Guaranty of 10 percent of the amount of the Proposal, either by bank cashier's check, payable to the owner, or Bid Bond, conforming to law, and satisfactory to Owner. Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality that, by such waiver, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid before forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof, unless a mistake to error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS. RFI CUT-OFF DATE = February 2, 2023 @ 12:00 PM *Addendum 1 and 2 have been released.
