Town of Calhoun Falls (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the Roadway Improvements FY 22 project. Repair, Milling and HMA overlay of Cherokee St. and Barnwell St. in the Town of Calhoun Falls, SC. Approximate quantities include 1,750 SY of Asphalt & Base Removal, 250 TN of Undercutting and Replacement with Compacted ABC Stone with Geogrid, 500 SY 2" milling, 450 SY of 6" Full-Depth Patching, 400 TN of Intermediate Type C, and 292 TN of Type C HMA Surface. There is no pre-bid conference for this project. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price.
