Bidders shall submit a price list for the above materials indicating any discounts based on delivery, FOB, Stanton, Michigan. The bid shall be as on the attached bid sheet. Prices shall remain firm for 90 days from the bid opening date. All material and workmanship are to meet or exceed the current Michigan Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction. The bidder shall be responsible for CDL compliance for all employees and/or sub-contractors used in fulfilling the delivery of metal structures. The Board of County Road Commissioners reserves the right to take quotes on 3 x 1 or 2-2/3 x 1/2 corrugated culverts, pipe arches, plate pipe arches and other large culverts on a project-byproject basis. The Road Commission for Montcalm County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any portion thereof and to accept the bid that in the opinion of the Board is in the best interest of the Road Commission for Montcalm County.
