There are approximately 170 trees to be removed. Trees will be marked by the Road Commission prior to bid opening for estimate purposes. The Road Commission for Montcalm County reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of trees to be removed. Trees added will be paid at the bid unit price. Decreasing the quantity of trees removed will not affect the bid price. Removal of Trees on South County Line Road In Eureka Township from the Flat River Bridge to Berridge Road. (0.50 miles) Bidders shall submit a price(s) for the tree removal. The bid shall be as on the attached bid sheet. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked South County Line Tree Removal and shall include the name of the bidder. Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. The Road Commission for Montcalm County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any portion thereof and to accept the bid that in the opinion of the Board is in the best interest of the Road Commission for Montcalm County.
